At best they KD/ZTA/Phi Mu are even. Phi Mu and AXO are wayyyy down the list for grades, etc.

GPhi had pretty much their entire PC20 quit.
AXO also has a major retention issue.
Theta had some serious recruitment violations during GDD.

Ranks per tier in any order:
Top: Theta/CHiO/PiPhi
upper Mid: KD/ZTA/Kappa/GPhi
Mid: AXO/PhiMu/AOPi
Lower: ADPi/TriD/AXiD
