A top house in my opionion, is based off of a few things; homecoming is definitely one of the most important things, if a house places it means that house has it's stuff together. Also shows like follies, vr and spring sing matter too but you can be a top house without it, although it helps. Another big part of how good the house is, is the average house GPA. Being good in intermerials also helps a house. Then how well you can compete in other sororities philamprothies. But do not join a house based off what tier they are but rather the guys you get along with and fit in with. Pick the guys that you click with because that's what really matters.

Oh and get off this site, it's a bunch of crap and it won't help you, the site justs consists of everyone rating their own house good and other houses bad. It means nothing and is honestly pathetic.

It's not a website. It's called getting to know the girls in the houses. And by the way, you need to look at which houses cheated to win homecoming. I bet I know which "dude -- or KD" wrote the comment above.
