Lmao I know right, rumor is that theta didn’t follow any university guidelines for their bid day. Can you believe that they would do that? After all the issues lately regarding their ALM post... That house is heading in the wrong direction if you ask me!

Just driving by I though GPhis was cute to show off their new house. And I saw Thetas abiding by the rules -- small portion of pc, social distancing, wearing masks, girls in the windows checking to make sure they were safe.
