There won't be anymore COB spots this year than any other year. Probably all houses will make quota because quota = number of girls going to pref divided by number of houses. COB number = number of spots under total a house is, and only the houses below total can recruit.

Continuous Open Bidding. This usually takes place right after bid day and in the spring. It’s informal recruitment process. Only a select number of houses do it because they need more numbers. Top houses usually don’t do it. Some do rarely because they had a ton of seniors graduate. You can find information on the houses during browsing days, then houses will reach out to you if they like you, and you will talk to some members there. If they like you, they’ll extend a bid and you can accept. Sometimes you will get a bid from multiple houses but can only choose 1.
