Lambda is top house change my mind

They have the hottest members + new pledges, the freshest bangers, the punchiest punch, and now the most fraternal house on campus. The only house with the better brotherhood is Beta and we all know that takes some serious intimacy to replicate. So anyways who has the better claim to top house if it isn’t lambda?
