I think we should all be able to agree this is true. All the guys and these houses don’t want to be in other houses. It’s all what you are looking for. Sigma Nu has a legacy at OSU that keeps them up there, but if you look past that they have slipped. I’m sure they’ll recover in a few years.
Sigma Chi and Sigma Nu stan eachother, and a lot of Betas and Fiji’s are friends and have respect for each others houses as great in different ways.

What makes them NOT a top house? I’m not a big Beta guy but at least I can respect them for what they are— top show house, #2 in grades, intramurals, new house, nice guys, girls love em’, great brotherhood, consistent pledge classes.
Literally what more could you ask for? Same goes for Fiji in my mind as well.

Lol so this guy thinks throwing parties makes you a good house. So would you rate how good their parties are in to their rankings? Then fiji would be low because their parties are not that great, even though everyone rates them as the best house, or at least top 2.

You are not a Beta. Those guys are sweet, they would never stereotype guys by calling them "rat-face boys"

maybe because you don't deserve to be in top 4. Your house is 50/50. 50 percent amazing, stand up, fun to be around, and have their life together. 50 percent boring, plain, creepy, and peaked in high school.

Beta Theta Pi deserves to be in the top three houses this year and the next couple of years because SNU has nothing it can do to elevate their game because they can’t have date parties, do homecoming, or shows etc this year because of sopro.
Not saying Sigma Nu isn’t a great fraternity on campus— which it is and has been forever! However beta Theta pi’s resurgence of talented and outstanding guys along with awards and a new mansion of a house which can not be ignored.
Sigma chi had the best year last year and deserves to be up in the top 3 with follies, deck, and their best PC in years + great parties and girls love em’.
Fiji has never been below average for the past ten years in Greek life and they take great PC’s with diverse skill sets (even though some are total douchebags). They have a great house, smart dudes, and they are the most athletic house by far. Top house for just being so consistent with the ladies too.
So yeah that’s the scoop going into 2020, let’s see if it changes..
