Is sig ep considered a top house and also what are they known for?

Sig eps are those guys In high school that are good guys, smart, athletic, but have at least one thing kinda weird about them

Smart guys that would be good candidates to marry, but are very plain and you never hear anything about them, unless it is about their house. They like to think they are top but they are honestly just upper middle. probably sit around 5 or 6 if ranked.
