I agree with these for the most part, but AGR isn't a top house after everything that happened. They are by farmhouse. Don't get me wrong they are a great house, but after all the heat they have been given, they can not be considered a top house.

Kappa sig is no where near the top. The placed kinda well in hoco this year big deal. And yeah AGR can't be a top house after everything they have gone through this year.

I'm in no way saying kappa sig is a top house. Outside of sig ep you can move everyone until phi Delt around in order. Phi Delt is on social now so they're pretty much done. I think they've been steadily improving since I got
Here 3 years ago. AGR is top in my opinion and that won't change. I think sig ep might be better than beta though.

Yeah AGR just has so much stuff being said about them. Kappa sig has had like 1 good year. SigEp and beta could probably be swapped.
