Sororities Following PNMs on Social Media

by:

Excuse my nervousness! If different houses start following a pnm on social media is that an indication that they are interested in her more than other pnm’s? What would you need to do to become more visible prior to recruitment?

I wouldn’t worry too much about it because some houses are literally just following every pnm they see, but I would definitely recommend following girls in the houses and trying to comment on sororities posts and stuff if you want them to be more interested in you.

Don’t worry! A lot of houses will follow just their legacies bc their nationals told them to! It’s just different for everyone don’t stress

Hi sweet girl! Don’t be nervous!
As a PNM I thought that so many of the things that happened to me “meant something”. Like where I sat or who I talked to. Being on the other side I see now that recruitment is a big ball of crazy. Most of that stuff meant NOTHING. The rules are different this year and each chapter is handling it in their own way. I can tell you, with out a doubt, that all 13 of us are still trying to figure out what to do about recruitment and how to go about things.
If a friend is followed by a chapter and you aren’t that means nothing! It is almost no indication of how they feel about you.
If you are followed by some chapters but not all.. that also means nothing. Some sororities are following pnms while others aren’t.
Just know that you are valued by all houses and will have any equal opportunity with each chapter regardless of social media experience.
