the move to get agr kicked off

Who is leading the move to get AGR kicked off campus? I've heard it is another fraternity who is jealous that AGR hangs out with XO and wins everything. Any guesses?

Maybe it's you that's behind it. Kicking a whole house off for the behavior of one person is pretty dangerous for every house. Think carefully whether you would want your house kicked off because ONE PERSON did something stupid. I think we all would feel a bit vulnerable.

One person held the gun but others watched or were aware of it and did/said nothing.

I see where he's coming from, though. We've probably all seen one of our brothers (or sisters) do something that isn't right and not done anything. The gun guy was wrong, but I'd hate to see AGR have to go if they kick him out.

not just the gun thing though, they are having people sent to the er on the reg for alcohol poisoning. If you are already on probation you should reevaluate your weekend social life
