kappa sig was a decent middle tier house not too long ago. maybe 5 or 6 years ago but have recently fell to a bottom house but still better than pike, dtd, ato, phi tau

haha Kappa Sig is terrible. They kicked out all of the members that actually have a social life. The only people that are in that house are lame wanna-be "fratstars" that never partied in high school

I'm sure you define a "good house" by the quality of their homecoming deck and Greek shows. In reality, none of that matters when it comes down to brotherhood. Phi Delts and SAE have the best brothers, period. You probably wouldn't know about that, though.
