I've been to a lot of parties and I hang out with these guys a lot, so I may know some...
-Phi delt really should be considered one of the top houses. They are super cool guys and are pretty involved
-Sigma nu is going downhill
-Sig ep guys are really fun to hang out with
-farmhouse? even a real fraternity? jk, but i don't like them

This may Hurt a few people but the honest truth is every frat is good unless ur in - phi tau, Delts, ato, TKE, (any international frat), theta chi. Everyone else is either good or decent.

If you are looking to rush a Fraternity, do not pay attention to these rankings. If you rush a Fraternity just because of the name, we don't want you anyway. These rankings are loaded with people trying to raise and lower houses, as are the comments. If you are serious about rushing then ask someone that you KNOW about their opinion, then make your own conclusions. This site is extremely misleading.
