Top-
Fiji, Sigma Chi, Beta, SigmaNu
Middle-
AGR, Sig Ep, Pike, FH, ATO
Bottom-
SAE, Kappa Sig, Delt, Lamda, Phi Delt, KA, Phi Tau

SAE and Lambda could come back strong but it’ll take years of good recruiting and not breaking simple rules to do that. Lambda’s house looks great which could attract guys in the future but right now everyone going through is overlooking them because they just got to come back. And SAE is basically just recruiting partiers (from what I’ve heard from guys going through rush) which means they’ll probably just get in trouble
Again. Not for bringing up parties during rush meetings, but only getting guys who want to party who generally are the guys who cause trouble in any house... oh well

The OP is correct. There are great guys in every house. Some houses care a lot about winning shows, winning hoco and some are fine with making shows and some don’t even care about shows. Some houses put more emphasis on brotherhood, having a good time and are more laid back. That doesn’t make them a lesser house.... just depends on what type of experience you want. Same for us in sororities... just depends on what you’re looking for.

PIKE and ATO are not even close to bottom but currently SAE is bottom and have barely been middle even before they got into trouble.
