are less people doing shows than before?

I know with all the houses on so pro right now it feels like there are less people involved, but even when this current era of uptight student conduct is over are people going to stop participating in shows? Just asking because the so pro is hurting the odds of younger people getting involved with directing and participating... maybe I’m wrong tho
