The Big 3 are Sigma Chi, Fiji, and Sigma Nu. The rest aren’t even close to the 3

DUDE I've been contemplating this very question for months now!!! Here's what I've found:
1. Delt (no question)
2. Phi Tau (ball pit)
3. Sigma Chi (they are spring rushing Garth Brooks)
4. Phi Delt (they have the small person)
5. Pike (biggest house)

Ok literally hands down FarmHouse there's not even competition. They have the trophies to prove it, and every frat knows that deep down they want to be FarmHouse

Big 3 are Sigma Nu, Sigma Chi, and Fiji. AGR, Sig Ep, and Beta are all good too, but definitely not top 3 material
