I can tell you first hand that the majority of Sigma Nu, Sigma Chi, and Fiji will not give you the time of day unless you’re a Kappa, Pi Phi, Gphi, alpha chi, theta

Whether it’s true or not, no guy who prefers top houses like Pi Phi, Kappa, G Phi, and Theta should not lower their standards for AXO. The other houses I understand, but AXO doesn’t make sense to be up there with them

Also, I wanna say most guys won’t care what house a girl is in, but there are those few immature ones whom have preferences for what house they date girls in. To answer your question, guys care more about how you look more than what house you come from IF they even care about that to begin with. I could be wrong since I’m a girl, but I couldn’t imagine a guy being like, “I only date G Phis or Thetas” haha

Guys are more likely to meet girls in sororities they socialize with which is why top houses tend to have girlfriends in top houses

I think most of them care if you’re in a house at least, specifically because it’s nice to have someone in your life also in Greek life. I could be wrong about them caring which house someone is in.
