kd top tier in ranks?

I think everyone can agree that KD is rising in ranks. Their last 2 PCs have been good, they consistently place in shows, and now they won homecoming? I predict they will be a top tier house in the upcoming years.

I’m not sure if they should be top tier, but they are definitely rising above Zeta, Phi Mu, AXO, and Im sorry... Pi Phi.

KD is much better than Zeta, Phi Mu, and Pi Phi when it comes to shows, homecoming, philanthropy and grades. But socially they are not so where you place them really just depends on what you care about more
