thoughts on follies 2019

after tonight’s showing i am sad to say that i’m tired of boring themes that have already been done before. kd/delt? you mean the parent trap. chi o/sigep? or the good place. pi phi/snu? freaky friday. how did steering let g phi create another show about school? AND allow pi phi/snu to also do a science theme? beta/theta seems like a bad rendition of chi o/beta vr 2017. with a touch of pi phi/snu vr 2019. boring as hell, come up with a plot twist pls. do you think zeta is ever gonna go for anything other than best costumes? speaking of costumes. isn’t it about time chi o retires that quarter sleeve dress they use every year but in a different color.

I think chi o/ sig ep’s plot is tooooooooooo complex to make sense in a 10 minute follies show. Also, let’s not pretend we didn’t see most of the choreo from Chi O Sig Ep VR last year. Like yeah you got first.... come up with something new. Also an 8 person “ensemble” is basically just cast vocals.

If all the themes were so repetitive and overused, etc, why did the pairings doing them make the show? Curious
