Does anyone give any thought into the actual rankings? Some of these houses are new. They don’t have financial backing and are not dripping of money. Yet. Choose for yourself. I certainly would rather build up a house than to fit into a cookie cutter mould. A legacy is a great thing unless you use it to tarnish another.

I personally was offered buy ins by way of recruitment letters, legacy letters of recommendation from ladies that have no clue who my kid is and I have personally seen the high school hierocracy/greek life at play. I am glad my daughter chose her own path. She had four houses slated still on Thursday at bid week. What she wanted she didn't get. I am glad and now she is too!! Look beyond the facade of gleaming, gilded chandeliers and wood parquet floors that get replaced every few years. My daughter is part of a new legacy and I know her sorority will benefit and enjoy the endowment I am bestowing on them and our involvement. A house that isn’t dripping in gleam but one where you can accomplish your dreams!! I’d rather be there at the beginning and watch a legacy build up by her hard work and devotion to being anything other than the others than to choose one where there is nothing to strive for but maintaining a manicure.

Who needs a grand baby piano anyways?!🤦🏻‍♀️ She woke up just in time and didn’t follow the herd.
