falling and rising

In the fraternity world whichhouses do you think are falling, which houses do you think are rising?

I think

Falling- Sigma Chi, SAE, Farmhouse, Lambda Chi

Rising- AGR, Phi Delt, Kappa Sig

What makes a house falling in your opinion?

I get that homecoming is huge.
I respect the work that goes into it.
A house that wins homecoming doesn't mean those guys are
the best / nicest/ smartest / most fun.
And of course the opp is true.
Homecoming does not define you.
