GPi is 3rd at best and I’m not even sure why they’d be that high other than the say they are and they’re sought after during recruitment.

ChiO is the top house hands down. Next would be Theta. GPhi is in the middle, at best.

Unfortunately Theta is no longer considered the top house at OSU but maybe they are 3rd or 4th. Chi O is the top house maybe on the same line as G Phi depending on which you like the best and maybe Pi Phi or Kappa next or maybe Theta.
