top sororities

I want to go through recruitment in the summer. My HS GPA is close to 4.0. When I look at each sorority I see the 3.2 or 3.25 gpa required. To get an invite back after the first round to the top sororities do I need to have a perfect 4.0 core GPA? I'm taking some tough classes this year and worried my GPA might fall a little.
