Good grades are the most important. After that, lots of activities, a good reputation from your hometown, and good recs. Less important (but still important!) are your looks. You don't need to be beautiful, but you do need to have a pulled together style. Your clothes don't need to be the most expensive in the world, but they do need to be tasteful and fit you well. I've seen girls in Target dresses get bids at Chi O because they looked great and had everything going for them.

Don't stress out and end up being someone other than yourself during recruitment because you're so worried about getting into a "good" sorority. OSU's greek community is #1 in the nation. So being in ANY sorority at OSU is something to be proud of! Be yourself and find a sisterhood that accepts you for who you are. Good luck!
