Ok, this is worse than the Lambda chi. KA I'm sorry, you boys are sweet but you guys have to do something to be considered out of the bottom! Phi Delt is not barely above the bottom tier, and Farmhouse (while I love them) Is not above AGR! Sigma Chi is way too high
