transferring sophomore

I am a sophomore who is transferring to OSU and was thinking about rushing this fall. I have seen some comments discouraging sophomores from rushing while some say that it will be just fine. So I am just wondering if there is a fighting chance at getting into any house?

Rush! There’s no harm in trying! I know plenty of girls who get in as sophomores!
