bottom: pike, delt, phi delt, phi tau

Sig ep a top house?

Idk what school you go to but sig ep is not top house and sae is. Sae is above fiji and sig ep is probabyl a spot below sigma chi maybe even more. Theyre definitely getting better and i think theyre new house will help a lot but they just aren’t there yet.

Fiji is dropping but they are still way better than SAE. SAE should be right behind sigma chi or at the same level

Because nothing screams top house like living in the top floor of a dorm, not doing well in any shows, making a mini float with alpha xi for homecoming, and falling off the map almost entirely
