Of course it matters. It is incredibly common for women with poor high school grades to get cut during the first few rounds of recruitment.

^ this happened to me but try rushing anyways bc you never know! it sucked being cut from a bunch of houses but yolo lol and you can meet a whole bunch of people in your dorm/around where you live!

Yes that's first cut for most houses in rush, theres usually a minimum gpa requirement met for your hs grades and then a gpa you have to at least make every semester in college.
