rush for boys

From a girl's view, this is what you need to know.
AGR- Freakin awesome, hard to get a bid, looking for a certain man. If you get it great for you. Great parties. (T)
Beta- Also really awesome, great at shows and sports! Super sweet and have a really big lawn. Not big partiers at all. (T)
Sigma Nu- Really exlcusive, good house but guys can be a bit snootie. Champagne Bash is one of the most fun nights! (T)
Sig Ep- Kind of slipping down lately. Still with an awesome house for homecoming though! Good at shows kind of non existant everywhere else. Parties can be kind of sketch. (M)
Fiji- Really not involved with philanthropy but good at sports and shows! Good Hoco house and the guys are nice, definitely a top house! Parties aren't huge but they are fun:) (T)
Sigma Chi- A sinking ship. If Sig Ep is slipping then Sigma Chi is land sliding. Party=sketch (Middle about to be bottom)
Phi Delt- This house has been climbing the ladder a lot lately. Known to be a bit sketchy but they have HUGE parties. Guys are super frat stars and they don't do any shows. (M)
SAE- Going downhill as well. Great at Hoco but that is slipping, and they never make shows. Nonexistent in philanthropy or intramurals from what I hear. (M)
Kappa Sig- Just started to meet Kappa Sigs. They are a house truly on the rise. Their house has had a huge overhaul of non successful members and they have made every show the last year. Boys are nice and fratty but they still aren't a top house. (M)

FarmHouse- Honestly I would stay away from now. They are IFC's pet and I've heard all the other fraternities mock them. Don't party, good grades, good at shows, bad at sports. Weird hazing, and of course the recent molestation scandal (M)
Lambda Chi- Heard they might get kicked off campus, party hard, lost big party house. Not involved at all(B)
Delt- Just stay away (Don't qualify)
Phi Tau- Just stay away (Not even B)
Pike- Bottom Tier but not like Delt and Phi Tau. Sketchy parties but have a few super cool guys!- (B)
ATO- Great at grades and getting better at shows! They have been doing homecoming. They are nice men and are religious and are certainly on the rise. Don't party and they aren't fratty but certainly nice! (B)
In Order
TOP- AGR, Beta, Fiji, Sigma Nu
Middle- Phi Delt SAE, Kappa Sig, FH, Sigma Chi
Bottom- Lamda Chi, ATO, Pike
Then Phi Tau and then Delt. (I don't consider them in a tier)

Also in a sorority. I agree with you but AGR is not a top house. Sure they had a great semester, but it hasnt been consistent. SNu,Fiji,Beta are always winning something each semester and ALWAYS have the best grades. I would for sure label AGR as an Upple Middle, a class just underneath Top. Other than that you my friend are spot on

To be honest, how can you judge a fraternity based on its ability to perform in cheesy singing and dancing competitions or spend ungodly amounts of cash on a piece of metal in their front yard. If you mentioned this as a judging factor to any other greek campus they'd straight up laugh in your face. Judge a fraternity by the character of its men, not its ability to hold a note or weld in their yard.

Top houses all performed well. AGR and Beta are 2 and 3 Sigma Nu 6th Fiji 4th. Middle tier was topped by farmhouse at number 1 and then Sigma Chi at 9 and Kappa Sigma at 10. Phi Delt and Lambda chi finished 16 and 19 respectively. Some of the Bottom tier did well! Ato got 5th and Phi tau was 8th. Delt once again lying about how many members they have (only had 45) finished 11. Pike 14th and KA finishing at 17th. Older members had a 2.5. (So not on the rise like they claim)
Other: SAE 13th Sig ep 7th

Oh and throw KA on the bottom tier. That should be enough to know about them. I forgot they existed.
