Top Tier- FIJI, Sigma Nu, AGR, Beta
Upper Middle- Sig Ep, FH, SAE
Lower Middle- Phi Delt, Kappa Sig, Sigma Chi, Lambda Chi
Bottom- Pike, ATO, KA
Bottom of the barrel- Delt, Phi Tau
FIJi- Great HOCO house and great show house. Also very involved on campus. Had to give them the top for this.
Sigma Nu- Really good HOCO house and did awesome in shows this year. They can be really stuck up and not the nicest to girls.
AGR- The best HOCO house and usually really good at shows, pretty nice guys overall. They need to get involved in more philanthropic events.
Beta- The best show house, but this year didn't go very well for them. Overall really nice guys! Disappointed that they didn't do hoco with Kappa Sig, they could've done something great, and a good stepping stone for entering the hoco world.
Sig Ep- Good at hoco and good at shows. Really nice guys. They are kind've going down hill, they use to be top house in shows and hoco, but this year didn't go their way, but no doubt in my mind that they can't turn around and be up there again.
FH- Really good at shows but not very good at Hoco. I'm personally not a huge fan of this house. How they won best chapter is beyond me. The scandal really hurt the house and I'm really curious on how their rush will be. The only thing keeping up on their list is their reputation and their name, which is dumb.
SAE- Alumni definitely keep this house up their, really good at hoco, but really bad at shows. (How do you not place with pi phi?)

Phi Delt- It hurts me to put them up this high, OK at hoco and awful show house. Why sororities are obsessed with them really confuses me. They do know how to rage that for sure but I've heard some pretty bad things go on at their parties. But they are up here because of sorority support.
Kappa Sig- These guys are definitely under appreciated, yeah they weren't the best house a couple of years ago but they have a ton of solid guys that are determined to bring the house up. They have really shocked the Greek row with their shows this year, making VR with a guy house and their follies show and spring sing show was really good as well. Not getting a hoco pairing might hurt them but not as much as we think. I definitely see this house being higher on this list next year. They are really nice to Greek community, they just need to step up rush a bit and not sign as many guys.
Sigma Chi- They really had a rough year, they used be a top house but they quickly declined. But these guys are determined to redeem themselves. They might be getting screwed over a few times but they are working with it. Their spring sing show really helped them and also shocked the Greek community. These guys are really nice to other Greek houses and fun guys to chill with.
Lambda Chi- These guys don't really do much and they don't have a big voice on the Greek community, they are ok at homecoming which is the only thing keeping them from not falling to the very low. They need to get way more involved.

Pike- They don't do a lot but this year they showed Greek row that they are determined, their spring sing show helped them, and the pirate shop on GDD looked really cool. The guys are pretty cool, but they need to rush a lot more solid guys.
ATO- These guys are really involved on campus, I see them everywhere, which is a really good thing. They are kind've stuck in this bottom tier rut, they have a lot of solid guys in this house but they rush a lot of weirdos as well. If they were more exclusive, then they would be a house higher on this list. They have done a lot better in shows making follies and VR (with a guy house).
KA- They don't really do much but making VR and doing well with tri delt in spring sing looked really good for them. They need to get a lot more involved in the Greek community, sometimes I forget their even there.
Delt- At least they try?
Phi Tau- Who are they...?
