worst house on campus?

Phi tau, Delt, or KA for fraternities.

AOPI, Tri delt, ADPI and Phi Mu for sororities

Why:

Phi Tau- Weird and geedy. Don't actually do anything. One of the worst fraternities that has a house on campus. Did participate with Tri delt in homecoming last year though.

Delt- socially awkward would be a good way to put it. They have tiny parties and literally freak out when girls come. Haven't done homecoming or a show in years because girls won't pair with them. The head of IFC is a Delt, if he wasn't they would not be a fraternity at Oklahoma State anymore.

KA- They are exiting this category. Used to have something like 7 members but nationals kept them alive. Doing homecoming for the first time in a while this year. Don't really do philanthropies. They are better than Delt and Phi tau though. A lot of people forget they exist.

AOPI- The new girls, they literally signed everyone. They're getting a MASSIVE house though.

Tri Delt- Some of the sweetest girls on campus. Will sign almost anyone though but they are getting really good at some things! Used to be a top house.

ADPI- Not really in the bottom but below Zeta and Alpha Chi for sure.

Phi Mu- Not the classiest girls in my personal opinion.

I don't see how you can disagree except maybe KA. Delt and Phi tau are literally nobody. I have seen people say "Oh I'm a delt" in a lecture and get laughed at. Phi tau's are just kind of nuts. KA just doesn't do anything and doesn't have a really great rep.

Really sorry to hear that about DTD. In the golden greek heydays of the mid 1980s, Delts were some of the coolest guys around. Hang in there, guys, things change and what goes around, comes around. How sweet to remember the Delts serenading with:

Ya that certainly isn't them anymore. Beta, AGR and Kappa Sig serenade a lot now.

I've met one Delt. He was insanely creepy.

Okay, I just got on here because I was bored and happened to run into this joke of a comment about my house above me. I've never personally been to a Delt party but from what I hear they are absolutely pathetic and the few girls that do go only go for free alcohol then they go to either SAE or Sigma nu. And I promise you we definitely would not have wasted our time for homecoming with Delt. We have a rotation only between AGR, Sig Ep, SAE, and Fiji so don't kid yourself.
