pi phi

Is Pi Phi a top house? They have one of the lowest rankings on this site and are not well liked as a sorority over all. Doesn’t do much in the Greek community, and doesn’t place in anything. Yet some still consider them a top house. Is this because of their exclusive rush or their national rankings? Is it something else? What do you think?

PBP used to be an exclusive house but in the last 10 - 20 years they've slipped in popularity. They still get some good legacies but the top girls who used to go PBP now go Theta or G Phi.
