chi o really cheats at grades?

Chi O's way of being #1 in grades is not a secret anymore. Apparently the girls without 4.0's put their grades on hold by the university by renting out books and not returning them in time. That way only the 4.0's get put on panhelinic records.

Every house cares about who is top and doing well in grades. So if this is true, then Panhellenic should definitely step in and investigate this.
