what are the fraternity rankings and stereotypes

snu - well rounded men, very good brotherhood
fiji - high school heroes great house
sigep - well rounded brotherhood, building brand new house
SAE - southern gentleman great house
Sigma chi - average upper middle tier house
FarmHouse - engineers, best grades, good at hoco, very involved in the community
ATO - athletic, good at shows
Beta - hipsters, athletic, great at shows, and outdoorsy
Lambda - party animals and stoners
Delt - good grades, good at shows, and party a lot
Pike - athletic and have brand new mansion
AGR - country and they run hoco
Kappa Sig - diverse, pretty good at hoco, party
KA - southern and nice gentlemen
Phi Delt - just came back from getting kicked off campus
Phi Tau - don't do much

Snu- jerks with money but excel at everything, always get the top Rushee’s. Exclusive parties. Hangs with pi phi, kappa, and theta. Not so much Gphi anymore.
Fiji- neck and neck with snu but the guys are nicer and more liked around campus. Probably have the best turnout at parties. Hangs out with theta and zeta.
Farmhouse- smart guy house. Always #1 in grades and are great at hoco. Don’t party much.
Beta- Granola guys. Will win most shows but don’t do hoco. Don’t really party. Hangs with theta’s and chio’s
Sigma chi- Come back stronger after their house clean a few years back. Getting better at hoco and shows. Well liked on campus. Hangs with a mix of Gphi, theta, and zeta.
SAE- great and hoco and partying, not much else. Some great guys and some not so great. Hangs with zeta and kappa.
AGR- will win hoco every year. Not relevant besides that. Ranch boys.
Sig ep- good at shows, don’t have a house currently though. Campus climbers. Hangs with phi Mu and KD.
Kappa sig- kinda the forgotten house but nothing bad to say about them.
ATO- somewhat athletic guys. Good at shows recently. Think highly of themselves. Hangs with phi Mu and tri delt.
