Honestly, everyone had a pretty good recruitment. But here is my observation and opinion:
XO, KAT, KKG, PBP, GPB
ZTA, KD, AXO, PM
ADP, DDD, AOP, AZD

Honestly, I would put PBP and GPB on the middle row. PBP has gone downhill the last few years and they struggle to recruit good girls anymore. And GPB is definitely not top tier. They never place in anything and usually have to do COB because so many girls drop due to poor sisterhood. Just my opinion. And ZTA might possibly be top tier now with XO, KKG and KAT.

I'd put KKG and PBP on a row between XO, GPB, and KAT on top and the ones you have in the middle. KKG and PBP never get quite as good a pc as the top houses
