A snap bid is basically a bid that is offered to a women that dropped out of recruitment. Meaning she didn't go through every round but got offered a bid. I have no idea who (if anyone at all) gave them out. But in response the the first answer I know that COB is still happening lol

Kappa and Alpha Xi. All the rest I've heard of had quota additions so they obviously made quota without snap bidding.

GPhi most definitely didn't give any snaps. Nor did Kappa. Get your facts straight!

No house that has even one more than quota gave out a snap bid. You can tell because that would be against panhellenic rules. You can only snap bid up to quota. So look at the bid lists and you'll see which houses could and which couldn't. That doesn't mean any house did, but some of these are just not possible.

Sorry, but you're wrong. My house said that only two groups gave out snap bids (and one wasn't Gphi) in fact, I was also told they had the best return rate of any house except ours.
