Tiers are all interchangeable

You say the tiers are interchangeable and that makes this even worse. ADPi is not with AXiD so move them up with Phi Mu. ChiO is still at the top with theta. Kappa is not second. Alpha Xi and AOPi are definitely not interchangeable in the bottom. They are still the very bottom with tridelt.
