grade cuts

if houses cut someone spefically based on their grades, after which round would they do that?

From my knowledge all houses cut for grades either first or second round. So if you make it through house tour you probably won't get cut solely for grades, that doesn't mean you still won't get cut though.

Some of the houses are forced to make huge cuts right off the bat and so grade cuts are just an easy way for those houses to get thru the first round or two.

What you're asking is called "membership selection" and no house is going to tell how they select members on the internet. You could get released for any reason at any time, so be prepared.
