Don't worry about it. There are parties everywhere and you'll be invited to a lot of them. That's not a reason to choose a fraternity.

Best: snu, sae, fiji, sigma chi
Good: lambda, pike, sigep, beta
Don't bother: delt, ka, ato, kappa sig, agr, farmhouse

I actually think delt throws great parties. They guys aren't creepy and don't make you uncomfortable like some of the other houses and they never run out of drinks. Plus it's delt so you don't have to be worried about impressing anyone.

Sig Ep - History has been made today for our fraternity. Resolution 2, which calls for substance-free chapter facilities, has been passed by the undergraduate body and will be incorporated into our bylaws. 
In short, by 2018 all common-areas of facilities must be substance free, and by 2020 all areas of chapter facilities must be as well.

Delt has had great parties lately. Maybe if you showed up or actually knew a Delt you would know instead of making judgements. Also AGR and SNU had some parties together last year so like how does that make sense.
