Switch phi mu with Pi Phi and put KD and alpha chi in bottom

True Summer Ranks (in no particular order w/in each tier)-

Top-Chi O, Theta, G Phi, Kappa, Pi Phi
Mid-Zeta, KD, Alpha Chi, Phi Mu, ADPi
Bottom-AOPi, Tri Delt, AZD

lol Pi phi.... you're not a top house you haven't been for a few years now... I agree with op, chi o is becoming a middle Tier for sure

The tiers do shift some over time.....obviously since G Phi is currently "considered" top tier but Zeta is definitely not top! They've made it to top of the middle. Pi Phi and Chi O are top tier with G Phi and Theta. Although, I'm not even sure why most consider G Phi too honestly? NO, I'm not a Pi Phi or Chi O but I may or may not be in one of the other top to mid houses listed. ;)

Zeta is barely a middle house. Not a top house. Chi O is a top house anyway you look at it. You may be intimidated by Chi O but they're the #1 house. After them are G Phi and Theta. I'd move Kappa to the middle along with Zeta.

^that is so off... Times have changes girls pick Kappa, Zeta and Theta before they pick Chi O.. G phi has also came along Way and joined them to the top. Pi Phi is soo irrelevant I know girls would pick KD before Pi Phi...

Maybe some of these comments have been written by some older lady alums because they don't reflect how things are now. This is how it is.

Top: G Phi, Theta, Chi O,
Middle: Kappa, Pi Phi, Zeta, KD, ADPi, Alpha Chi
Bottom: Phi Mu, Tri Delt, AOPi, AXD

I agree. ADP is definitely bottom tier. Maybe they thought no one would notice.

ADPi is at the bottom of the middle. Don't know why you're so concerned about it though.

Rank what you want, but fraternities want to pair with kappa and zeta for everything. They are top. They have good grades, involvement, sisterhoods seem close, and they place in a whole bunch of stuff. They also pair with a variety of fraternities for things not just the same houses over and over. Those are qualities of a top house.
