It's super easy to get into honestly and they don't turn away many girls.. but the dues are high since their house is so new

Honestly the biggest turn off for most PNMs is the cost since their house is new and they are still paying not off. That being said, if you can afford it and aren't super weird or have terrible grades then your chances are probably pretty good!
