Sororities use CORE GPA provided by admissions office.

So I have a ton of the classes needed for the core gap. Do they take the 15 best grades you have that fit to make up your core gpa or all of them?

They look at your core gpa! The recruitment packet on the Panhellenic website explains this in case you want more info.
