AOPi definitely has the nicest house. It's only 5 years old so it's beautiful.

AOPi has the newest and nicest - and the high dues reflect that. ADPi building a new house in the near future.

Depends on what you want. Some of the older houses have that feel of tradition. I love it when our alums come back and have memories from their time in our house. I know I'll enjoy coming back too. They're all modernized but still have a feeling of the past. The brand new houses do look more like commercial buildings. They're not really for me.

Most girls want one of the traditional houses -- if they just wanted new they would live in a newer dorm or apt. I agree that it's fun for the alums to come and talk about their days in the house.

Don't pledge a house because the house is the nicest. Pledge a house because the girls are the best for you. The girls are who you want to spend a lot of time with and live with.
