rec letters
by: pnmHonestly, how important are recommendation letters? Some people make it seem like its super important to get at least one for each house, and others say they're completely insignificant to the recruitment process. I just want to know if Ill be wasting my time with them or not

They say you don't need it, but when you don't have one it not only makes you seem lazy or like you don't care since you didn't try to get a rec for that specific sorority. Additionally, if you don't have a rec, essentially you're an easy cut.
If you need recs, get in touch with your local Panhellenic alumni association, or post on Facebook for recs. You'd be surprised at how many of your friends moms were sororities.
