when is signing day and which frats make you live in the house freshman year? does the school allow you to cancel your dorm contract? Im supposed to pick a room on Monday...

Assume that if the frat has a house they will try to make you live in your freshman year. I believe you will be able to cancel your dorm contract

As long as you cancel your contract before you move into your dorm you shouldn't have a fee for moving into your fraternity house instead
