rankings and sterotypes of frats

Just wondering if anyone could tell me how / what each frat is known on campus. And rank them. Thank you

AGR is super country, that's all you need to know
Beta is known for being the most granola, they're naturey and good at shows.
Farmhouse is basically just a smarter (better) version of AGR.

thats just a few of the stereotypes

I wouldn't say farmhouse is better than AGR, but certainly smarter.

According these ranks, as far as having a good time in college id much rather be in one of the "upper middle" houses over the "top"
