social media

by: HS senior

i'm looking to rush in the fall and i've started to look at all of the sorority's social media handles and it just looks like g phi, phi mu, and kappa all have so much fun, it makes me want to be one of them and on that page! Do those houses genuinely have a good sisterhood or do they just fake it on social media?

Usually very good sisterhood, greek life is definitely the way to go. It's a bond that is indescribable, and would definitely reccomend trying it. It isn't for everybody, but if you try it out I'm sure you'll love it!

I feel like all of the sororities on campus have strong sisterhoods. I wouldn't get too attached to a house based off of social media. As long as you go through recruitment with an open mind you will find a house that is right for you. OSU has such a great greek community you really can't go wrong

I would say all three of those houses have great sisterhoods and are fun girls that are usually pretty real. But Okstate greek life is the best and you can find a home no matter what

Those are some great houses but make sure to think about other things that youvalue too, like being social or academics or on campus involvement because every house on campus stresses different things. Like the other said, keep an open mind and definitely don't listen to gossip on this website. Go with your gut on recruitment week!

Social media is an image - that's all. Don't base your idea of what a sorority is or isn't by a few picutures. Keep an open mind and like other said, decide what's important to you: academics, social life, involvement, etc. Good luck!
