best of the bottom tier?

Just curious your opinions on the "bottom tier" houses. How would you rank ADPi, AOPi, TriDelt, and AZD, and why? Oh and do you consider Alpha Chi and Phi Mu to be "bottom tier" houses?

Alpha Chi and Phi Mu are mid tier along with PiPhi and KD.

It is really about which one you like best. There isn't one to avoid unless you just didn't get along with them.
Best of the bottom imo is AOPi for doing so well as a new house and they have a fabulous house itself.
ADPi are a lot of sweet, small town girls. DDD is working hard to improve and has some go-getters. AZD is small but also building a great foundation with their girls.

I think that the bottom houses are improving every year, tri delt always impresses me personally. Yes phi Mu and alpha chi are upper middle but truly even the bottom sororities at OSU are nationally really good houses!!! We are lucky to have a Greek system that is so good all around

So, would you put Zeta and Phi Mu on the same level or KD and Alpha Chi? Are KD and Alpha Chi higher or lower
