Not too far off. Get Gphi and kappa out of the top though. Gphi hasn't done anything to deserve to be mentioned with Pi Phi, Theta, or Chi O. Those three are easily top three and there is a big drop after that. Kappa doesn't do anything at all beside rage. I haven't heard of them doing well in anything since my time at OSU.

I don't consider KD to be top tier now or ever since I've been here. I do consider Gamma Phi to be top 3. They may not win a lot but they do get the girls that everyone wants every year. I am in a house that has almost 100% return rates and I know who we are competing with.

I think it is hilarious that KDs always come on here and cryptically say that ranks have changed. They always wait for someone to come on here and say yeah, the KDs have moved up. Unfortunately for them, though, no one does. KD is a decent house, but they do not recruit the girls that the top houses do.

I'd leave G Phi and Chi O in the top and drop Pi Phi, Theta, and Kappa to the next highest level. G Phi and Chi O were by far the most desirable during recruitment. The other 3 have had their issues in the last couple of years.
