by: just wonderingI went to the browse session and I talked to girls from 7 different houses. I felt really good about the conversations I had but the only house that has contacted me is ADPi. I love them but I'm worried that I did something wrong because a lot of other girls are talking about all the houses that have already contacted them. Also, I'm worried that even ADPi is going to contact me. If anyone could give me advice or insight on the matter broadly or about any of the houses participating in COB, I would really appreciate it.

I know that all houses approach COB differently but my understanding is houses like g-phi, KD, and Alpha chi only had a few spots to fill. And they will traditionally take recommendations on girls to recruit from current members in the house, so the houses have an idea who they want before COB even started (they just have to be at the browse session in order to be able to offer the girls they want bids). Houses like alpha xi, tri delt, aopi, adpi, and phi mu are likely looking to recruit more girls so they will have several events. I know the house that I'm in hasn't even had their first COB event yet. I would just be patient and keep an open mind. I know everybody says to "trust the system" but it's totally true. You'll end up where you're supposed to be, good luck :)
