There are 3 tiers people! Three!! Stop trying to make this difficult. There are top, middle, and bottom tiers. And the houses in those tiers move around accordingly. Argue all you want to, but everyone knows that this is how it is.
Top: XO, KAT, KKG, GPB
Middle: PBP, AXO, ZTA, KD
Bottom: PM, DDD, ADP, AOP, AZD

phi mu is on their way to being top tier and they are top of middle tier at the least. phi mu has too many pretty girls to be in middle tier

There are problems with a 3 tier system and Phi Mu is one. They're obviously not top tier or even competitive with Pi Phi. But they're definitely not bottom either. The original post puts them in their place.
